I enjoyed doing the personal shop with Lillian. I am now a new customer at the local health shop! The recipes and suggestions Lillian gave are great! The taster session of exercise was good and encouraging.
The positive results I’ve noticed is around planning my food intake. I never did this before and although I sometimes get this wrong, i.e., I over/under prepare sometimes, however I am working on the correct formula. When I travel now, I am more aware of my food intake of what and not to eat, which was a big part what needed to change.”
