Hi, I’m Lillian Lartey. I’m a Health, Nutritional, Wellbeing Coach, Fitness Trainer and A Remedial Massage Therapist.
Working with men and women who desire to feel pain-free, and have healthy, fit, strong, balanced bodies.
My love for the human body and having experienced chronic pain myself, in the form of upper, and lower back pain, shoulder impingements, bruising my sciatic nerve, hip pain, muscle pulls, knee injuries, trapped nerves, tendonitis and more… has led me to work with men and women who desire to feel pain-free, and have a healthy, fit, strong, balanced bodies.
I believe every human body has the potential and ability to be healthy, fit, strong, balanced, and feel pain-free, no matter what age that body is. Feeding back to us our emotional and mental wellbeing through how we feel in our bodies.
Specialising mainly with the back, neck, shoulder and hip areas, as well as, muscle tension, injuries, muscle pain, and joint pain, the way I work with men and women is I utilise a unique mix of Remedial Massage Therapy, Clinical Pilates, as well as, a range of stretch, strength, balance and posture exercises, nutrition, mind body connection, and health coaching to locate the root cause of pain and ease the pain symptom.
This holistic approach is similar to what I did to be pain-free and the men, and women who work with me find they start to:
-feel looser and flexible
-move better without pain
-have better mobility
-feel more upright with better posture
-feel stronger, balanced and pain-free in their bodies.
Based in Streatham, South London, I’ve been doing this work for over 18 years.

I’m going to share on all aspects of feeling pain-free, healthy, fit, strong and balanced in your body because at the end of the day there are too many men, and women (in particular), who are struggling with their health and wellbeing, not reaching out for help or not knowing where to go for help.
I’m here to support you and provide the space for you to walk in better health, holistically, and live in a healthy, fit, strong, balanced and pain-free body every day.

What sets me apart is my no-nonsense, holistic approach to health and wellbeing. I cut through all of the ‘noise’ out there on what you ‘should’ be doing to be healthy, pain-free and feel energised, and instead focus on what feels right for you.
My service is bespoke and personable to each individual, as each person’s bodies are uniquely different.
This is important to me because your health is wealth. Without good health you will not achieve half the things you’ve planned.
There are so many men and women who are confused over what to do to be healthy that they end up doing the wrong things or doing nothing at all, which is affecting their health, and how they feel.

Why I Specialise In Holistic Health and Wellbeing…
I’ve always loved all things to do with the human body, health, fitness and wellbeing. Human Biology was my favourite subject at school, I’ve always enjoyed being active as a kid and exercise. I even trained and qualified as a Martial Arts Instructor.
For the past 18 years I’ve enjoyed helping men and women develop healthy, strong, and fitter bodies and staying pain-free.
Firstly, why I believe I specialise in holistic health and wellbeing is down to the time I got injured.
In 1995 (or there abouts), I decided to join a gym to improve my fitness and I was given a training program by an Instructor. After a while I soon was unable to move my arms and shoulders without getting excruciating pain. I enquired with another Instructor about the pain I was getting, she took one look at my program and recognised instantly what the problem was. I had been given the wrong type of exercises for my body type. I was impressed by her knowledge and care, and it got me thinking what does the Industry teach Instructors that I should do a prescribed program and end up injured?
So, I went on to qualify as an Exercise Teacher, did various courses to qualify as a Fitness Trainer and then went on to do Massage Therapy, Remedial, and Sports Therapy qualifications.
As a result, my focus has always been on delivering a bespoke, personable service as not one person is the same. Educating my clients to exercise safely with their bodies (rather than against it) and how to guard against getting injured.
A defining moment happened in my life back in 2011 where I was living in a body that was suffering with the effects of stress and burn-out. I was tired, felt worn out and irritable because I didn’t have the energy to do the things I wanted and loved to do. At the time I was teaching a lot of classes, clients and running three busy massage clinics.
Each day I put a “mask” on to hide what was really going on with me. I was making out that I was well, but I was exhausted and struggling to do even the simplest of tasks. I worked hard, was clocking up 12 hour days and hardly taking time off to rest. I used unhealthy methods to keep me going , but that didn’t last for long. I was soon back to square one.
Working as a Fitness Professional and Massage Therapist, I was suppose to be the “epitome” of health. I looked it on the outside, but on the inside things were “not as they should be”. I had a number of injuries, had back and joint pain, felt exhausted, I lost my motivation for the thing I loved – health and fitness – lacked confidence, and became disillusioned.
During a weight loss course I attended, we covered subjects about stress, hormones and toxins. I realised I was experiencing all the symptoms that was described. I discovered that my hormones were out of balance and I was addicted to sugar! At first I was in denial about how the effect of sugar, toxins, stress and erratic hormones were having on me.
Just because I was a Fitness Trainer it didn’t mean I was “healthy and fit”. I was out of shape – inside and out!
I decided that if I really wanted to live in optimal health and have a fit, strong body, I was going to find out as much as I could about stress, muscle and joint pain, and get myself back on track. I invested my time and money into courses, programmes, a Coach to guide me, and read books.
Within a few months of applying the knowledge, being teachable and making necessary changes, I began to eliminate the stress symptoms, overcome my sugar addiction, balance my hormones, improve my health, and got back on track with renewed energy, passion for my work and life again! Even my injuries, back, muscle and joint pain started to disappear.
As a result I have decided to dedicate my professional life to helping men and women to get rid of pain, eat healthy, develop a healthy lifestyle living in a healthy, fit, strong body for the long term.
My passion for health, fitness, nutrition and wellbeing has led me to be interviewed, and speak on Premier Christian Radio, Croydon Radio, ABN’s popular TV Series – Family Time (aired on Sky), ABN Radio, as well as on other various platforms, where I share my message to help people transform their health, bodies and lives.
