We’re in a time where a majority of people are looking towards the New Year and creating plans to improve their life, relationships, work life, business, finances, lifestyle, etc…
But what about your health?
What about your Health Plan?
Do you have one?
I know from experience of working with a number of men and women over the years that most do not have a Health Plan in place.
Human nature would have it that when a health crisis strikes…
When we can no longer fit into that favourite outfit or trousers…
When our energy levels hit rock bottom and we can no longer keep up with daily life…
When pain stops us from doing daily activities…
When depression numbs our brain and hinders us from thinking straight…
That our health gets our attention.
Has this ever happened to you or someone you know?
Why wait until a health crisis occurs before doing something?
As the saying goes – if you fail to plan, you plan to fail.
But here’s the thing…
Whether you have a written health plan or not…..you still have a plan.
Energetically or spiritually you’re either planning to be healthy or planning to be sick.
If your health and body are not on the list for your New Year plans it’s likely your health is not a priority.
Where does your health and body come in your plans for 2018?
Maybe you assume your health and body will take care of itself.
Probably you plan to just “wing it” with your health and should a health crisis occur you’ll fix it somehow…..this is what I did for years…
So many people “cheat” on their health without realising it’s actually costing them something.
Possibly you’ve never ever thought about creating a Health Plan, but you realise you’re “getting on” in age…
Or you or your family have faced a few health scares….and probably you “should” do something….but don’t know where to begin.
The first step is to make a decision.
Decide how healthy and well you desire to be in 2018.
Next, how do you want to feel?
How do you want to look like?
Better hair, skin, eyes?
Your plan doesn’t have to be something massive that feels overwhelming and impossible to achieve. It may simply be a matter of focusing on one area of your health that requires attention and you get to make some changes…doing it in a way that feels good for you….and then knowing how to maintain that.
It can seem daunting at first, but take one step at a time.
This is not the same as setting another “New Year’s Goal” that only lasts for one week and soon forgotten by end of January.
Creating your Health Plan for 2018 is about setting an intention you’re “aligned” to, setting an intention you’re truly connected to that will manifest results that will last beyond January.
I’ve helped many men and women create some epic health plans that have resulted in transformations both big, and small.
If it feels good for you and you want someone to guide you in putting together a Health Plan or you want some accountability, someone to show you what to do to live, eat and be healthy in 2018, then send me a message, and let’s have a chat to see how we can best work together.
Here’s to your health in 2018.
