What is it you do?
I work with men and women who desire to feel pain-free, and have healthy, fit, strong, balanced bodies.
Specialising mainly with the back, neck, shoulder and hip areas, as well as, muscle tension, injuries, muscle pain, and joint pain…
I utilise a unique mix of Remedial Massage Therapy, Clinical Pilates, as well as, a range of stretch, strength, balance and posture exercises, nutrition, mind body connection, and health coaching to locate the root cause of pain and ease the pain symptom.
How long have you been doing this?
I’ve been working in the health, fitness and wellness industry for 18 years. I’ve taught at health clubs, with my own classes within the community, as well as, working one-to-one with private clients. I’ve also ran my own massage therapy clinics in South London, specialising in pain relief, injuries and posture. I started off teaching exercise classes that ranged from circuits, aerobics, aqua aerobics, spin and body conditioning. I then progressed to being a fitness trainer, as well as, incorporating a holistic approach by including Remedial Massage Therapy, Pilates, Nutrition, Mind Body Connection Techniques, Personal Development and Health Coaching into the work I was doing with my clients.
Why do you do what you do?
Firstly, I believe every human body has the potential and ability to be healthy, fit, strong, balanced, and feel pain-free, no matter what age that body is. Feeding back to us our emotional and mental wellbeing through how we feel in our bodies.
Secondly, I live, breathe, eat and sleep all things to do with health, fitness and wellbeing. I just love everything there is to do with the human body! I get such a huge satisfaction in being able to help people improve their bodies, relieve pain, eat healthier, increase their level of energy, fitness, and health in a way they never thought was possible. I’ve always had a deep interest in this area since I was very young and it’s continued to be with me ever since, so I see it as my purpose to help people be the healthiest, fittest, strongest they can be, in a holistic way, living in better bodies, and fulfill their full potential.
Thirdly, what I believe really got me into the health, fitness and wellbeing industry was down to me getting injured.
In 1995 (or there abouts), I decided to join a gym and I was given a training program by an Instructor. After a while I soon was unable to move my arms and shoulders without getting excruciating pain. I enquired with another Instructor about the pain I was getting, she took one look at my program and recognised instantly what the problem was. I had been given the wrong type of exercises for my body type. I was impressed by her knowledge and care, and it got me thinking what does the Industry teach Instructors that I should do a prescribed program and end up injured?
So, I went on to qualify as an Exercise Teacher, did various courses to qualify as a Fitness Trainer and then went on to do Massage Therapy, Remedial, and Sports Therapy qualifications.
As a result, my focus has always been on delivering a bespoke, personable service as not one person is the same. Educating my clients to exercise safely with their bodies (rather than against it) and how to guard against getting injured.
My passion for health, fitness, nutrition and wellbeing has led me to be interviewed, and speak on Premier Christian Radio, Croydon Radio, ABN’s popular TV Series – Family Time (aired on Sky), ABN Radio, as well as on other various platforms, where I share my message to help people transform their health, bodies and lives.
Who are the type of people you work with?
I work with men and women, mainly age 35+ who are serious about wanting to live in healthy, fit, strong, balanced bodies. For some of the men and women I work with they’re normally stressed, extremely busy, and have some form of nagging muscle or joint pain. They’re unsure about what to do for the best about their pain or the right things to do to feel healthy, fit, strong and balanced. This has a negative effect on their self confidence and self esteem.
The men and women who choose to work with me have usually tried “everything else” that has not worked for them or they’ve kept putting off getting any help, and have now reached the point where they’re serious about sorting out their health, dealing with their pain, and getting back on track to living a healthy lifestyle.
I also work with men and women who realise that with each year that goes by their health, and fitness decreases or they develop health-related dis-eases, such as, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, diabetes and more.
These men and women are at the point where they’re ready to ditch their excuses, willing to invest in themselves, are open to explore new ways of taking better care of their bodies, and getting rid of the mental blocks to make lasting changes; reach their goals, and get results in quicker time than they would do if they did it by themselves.
Who do you not work with?
Men and women who are just not ready to invest their time and money, and implement the necessary steps that are required to make the positive changes they want. Those who are not open to trying new things they’ve never done before, who don’t like exercise, healthy food or supplements. Those who are not prepared to help themselves in relieving their muscle or joint pain. I also don’t work with whiners, whingers and men, and women who are not prepared to follow what I give them and want to do their own thing.
What will happen when I come to work with you?
Firstly, we’ll arrange to have a free consultation chat over the phone, so we can find out if I’m the best person to work with you. If it’s appropriate, this is followed up with a face-to-face assessment. This gives you a chance to check what it’s like to work with me and allows me to assess you further. If all is okay and we’re both happy to work with each other, then you’ll progress onto one of my introductory sessions, main courses or programs, where you’ll work with me either one2one or in a group format.
When working with you how soon can I start to see results and how long do they last?
Because the way I work with each individual is different and my formula takes on a holistic approach, the point where you’ll start to see results can vary.
However, so far, most of the men and women who work with me start to see, and feel the initial changes within one month of starting with me. As long as they implement everything I advise them to do, the results are evident on a physical, emotional and psychological level. They feel re-energised, feel fitter and healthier, their initial muscle or joint pain eases, their confidence grows, and much, much more…The information I share with my clients starts to take root and gives meaning to what they’re doing, and the goal they’re aiming to reach.
In terms of how long do the results last? Again, this depends on the individual, their goal, their body and the initial problem they came to me with. I provide a maintenance plan for you to incorporate into your everyday life, after you’ve completed one of my main courses or programs, so that you can easily retain what you’ve achieved.
How much do your courses and programs cost?
They range from free through to thousands of pounds. It depends on what you want to work on and by when.
Where are you based?
I work in Streatham, South London. I also work with my clients remotely, over the phone or Skype, depending on their location.
What if I wanted to work with you and bring along a friend or family relative too, could you work with both of us at the same time?
As long as you both have similar goals to improve your body…then yes, that can work.
Do I have to be really fit or healthy to work with you?
No, not at all. I work with men and women of various fitness levels, shapes, and sizes, as well as those who have injuries, back, neck, shoulder or hip pain. I start with where you and your body are at, and move you towards the place where you want to be. You just need to have a desire to want to improve your body and are ready to do what needs to be done to reach your goal.
I’ve worked with Personal Trainers, Exercise Teachers, Nutritionists and Therapists before.
How are you different?
Good question. My approach is holistic, combining a unique blend of various health and wellbeing disciplines to help resolve your situation, and so that you can feel pain-free, healthy, fit, strong and balanced in your body.
I’ve tried lots of other things before, which took a lot of time and effort. Will this really work?
As long as you are committed to follow through with each step of your plan and apply the information I give you, you should start to see results within a few weeks of applying the formula.
My method will save you time because you’ll be working with me, you’ll move towards your outcome a lot quicker and in half the time it would take you if you did it by yourself. You’re not going to be wasting time doing hours and hours of the wrong type of plan because I provide you with the information, and advice you’ll need and show you exactly how to apply it to reach your outcome quickly.
This in turn makes it easy for you and saves you effort, as I’ve done all the research. I know the short cuts to get you moving forward easily. You’ll not have the hassle of figuring out the best exercises to do, the best remedy for your pain or the best supplements to take and in which order because I’ll do that for you. I’ll lay it all out in a plan bespoke to you. Of course, you’ll still be required to do your bit, like doing the exercises I give you, buying the right foods to eat and make your results show through.
Another great thing about my formula is that it helps you not to waste money buying the wrong pain remedy, medication or exercise equipment that don’t work because I’ll show you exactly what you need to move towards your goal.
Infact, in some cases because you’ll find as a result of following my formula you’ll have more energy, feel healthier, fitter and stronger, you’ll work more efficiently, and productively in your business or job.
This sounds great and I really need this, but I can’t afford it right now, I don’t have the money and there are so many other things happening at this time….maybe I can do it in a few months when I’ve got the money?
Firstly, well done for recognising that you really need to do this! Secondly, do not let immediate obstacles get in the way. When you’re committed to improving your health, body and wellbeing, you’ll find a way to do it, rather than take short cuts.
When you are only interested in having a better body and not really committed, you’ll only do what is convenient; and if you can’t find a way to raise the money you’ll give up.
And a year down the line you’ll be in the same situation or even worse. You may be worse off with an aging body you don’t like, possibly on medication, taking painkillers for your pain, less fitter or trying quick fix tactics or the latest fad to feel better, only to fail at it again, and be in a worse situation. So, you’ll let another year slip by where you could have been living in a better, fitter, stronger and healthier body.

In truth less than 35% of men and women who invest in one of my courses or programs have the money just sitting there, and ready to spend. Again, this goes back to whether you are committed to do something about your body, health, fitness or the pain you’re feeling or whether you’re just interested. When you’re interested you’ll do what is convenient. When you’re committed you’ll make it a priority and because you’ll be putting you, your health and wellbeing first, the dividends will profit in every area of your life, and those around you. It is far better to create the time now to do this while you’re reasonably well and alive, rather than when you become sick or are dead.

Yes, initially, you’ll have to dedicate some time to plan your exercises, food, etc., but once you’ve got into a routine it fits easily into your lifestyle, and you’ll realise that what seemed impossible is now possible.
